Best Gameweeks to Use the Triple Captain Chip (GW13–GW19)
GW13: Erling Haaland vs Leeds (H)
Gameweek 13 will be a popular week to use a chip as Manchester City have a great fixture at home to Leeds, while Arsenal and Chelsea meet in a top-of-the-table clash. If you have multiple Arsenal and Chelsea assets, you may choose to use the Free Hit chip instead of the triple captain.
Based on form throughout the season, Erling Haaland is the obvious choice for triple captain.
Haaland has been the top scorer in FPL after 12 gameweeks by 23 points. He's scored 14 goals (averaging more than one per game) is is the top player for bonus points in the league with 23. He has put 29 of his 50 shots on target. Only five players other than Haaland have taken more than 29 shots, with the most being 33.
Home against Leeds in Gameweek 13, they've conceded the fourth-most goals in the league this season with 22 while only keeping two clean sheets.
GW16: Arsenal Stars vs Wolves (H)
Arsenal are the in-form team in the league and have the best fixture possible in Gameweek 16 home against Wolves, who have not only scored the fewest goals in the league but have also conceded the most.
This could be the perfect game for Arsenal assets, as they have a brilliant mixture of defensive solidity and attacking threat.
For Arsenal, players like Bukayo Saka and Viktor Gyokeres (if fit) could be brilliant. Declan Rice has offered a new-found attacking threat in recent weeks, with two goals and five assists thanks to his heavy role on set pieces.
Arsenal defenders have also been important this season. Gabriel and Jurrien Timber are in the top three scorers in defence. Even if Gabriel is still injured by then, Jurrien Timber and Riccard Calafiorio could be vastly more popular than they are right now.
In the ideal week, linking up a strong defensive fixture with the attacking threat of the Arsenal defenders could lead to massive scores.
GW17: Erling Haaland vs West Ham (H)
If you have Erling Haaland set as the player that you want to triple captain, and you are using a Free Hit in GW13, Gameweek 17 might be the next best option.
West Ham have conceded the second-most goals in the league and haven't kept a clean sheet since GW3, conceding twice in five of their last six matches.
Haaland has an incredible record against West Ham, scoring nine goals in six prior matches. In his time in the Premier League, he has only scored more goals against Wolves.

GW18: Liverpool Attackers vs Wolves (H)
Liverpool's form has been awful, but Gameweek 18 is a long way away. If they return to their form of last season, a Liverpool player could be a great differential way to use your Triple Captain Chip.
Knowing which player would be best at the moment is impossible to know. Mohamed Salah had the best season in FPL history last season and is currently the top scorer for Liverpool in FPL with 56 points.
Ryan Gravenberch is the only other Liverpool player to have scored more than 50 points. Salah has scored four goals and provided two, but he will be away at AFCON at this point. This could leave space for Hugo Ekitike or Alexander Isak to take over the mantle unless one of Cody Gakpo or Dominik Szoboszlai is flying high.
Wolves have been the targets for other teams this season with the most goals conceded in the league.
GW19: Liverpool Attackers vs Leeds (H)
Liverpool also have a great fixture in Gameweek 19 home against Leeds. Similar to the prior Gameweek, if the Reds have turned over their form at this point, they could be a decent target. The downside at this point is that it comes near the end of the Holiday Fixture Run and in addition to possible rotation, injuries are always possible.
