Kenneth Walker – Rushing Yards: OVER 58.5 (-110) 

The Seahawks' running game has been underwhelming this season. But they've turned it around recently. Kenneth Walker has recorded at least 97 rushing yards in two of his last three outings. One of those performances came against this banged-up 49ers' defense. San Francisco allowed a successful run on 46.4% of attempts this season – the second-worst mark in the league. Sam Darnold is dealing with what looks to be a nasty oblique injury. I expect Seattle to try to mitigate its impact on this game by keeping the ball on the ground against a beatable defense.

Christian McCaffrey – Rushing Yards: UNDER 56.5 (-125) 

Christian McCaffrey hasn't been able to get going against elite run defenses. He has played eight games against teams that rank top 10 in EPA per play against the run. He has been held to 55 rushing yards or fewer in six of those eight. The lone exceptions came in Week 15, against a Colts defense that had been decimated by injuries at that point of the year, and the season-opener against Seattle. But this defense has improved significantly since then. 

The Seahawks aren't just a top-10 run defense, they are the best run defense in football. Seattle's run defense ranks No. 1 in both EPA per play and success rate. And the last time we saw the Seahawks take the field, they held CMC to 23 yards on eight carries in a pivotal Week 18 clash. I'd expect a similarly slow day for CMC on the ground – especially since top-tier run-blocker George Kittle will miss this one due to an Achilles injury.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba – Receiving Yards: OVER 91.5 (-110) 

This line is a full six yards lower than what's being offered at BetMGM. That makes it too good to pass up. JSN has topped 95 receiving yards in 11 of his 17 appearances this season. He cooled off a little bit to close out the regular season, but I don't think this San Francisco defense is capable of slowing him down. The 49ers allowed a successful pass play on 48.4% of opponents dropbacks. JSN should have no trouble carving this unit up. 

This line has dropped three yards since the Darnold injury news came out. That oblique injury is my only concern here, but when Darnold does pass the rock, I'm still confident it'll go to JSN.
