Holobaugh defeated Kaynan Kruschewsky via unanimous decision in his most recent bout in July last year. That victory means he's won four of his previous five fights across all promotions. However, the 38-year-old veteran hasn't been successful at the UFC level, where he owns a less impressive 2-5 record, although both wins have come in the last three events in which he's featured.

Set to turn 38 years of age in September, Holobaugh is in the midst of his third stint with the company. He's just 2-5 with the UFC, but this most recent stretch has been by far his best. He's one two of three since returning in August 2023.

Unless he gets things straightened out, Holobaugh's return to the UFC may be a brief one.
