Facing debutant next
WelterweightUFC
December 23, 2025
Fugitt will fight Ty Miller at UFC 324 on Jan. 24, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Fugitt lost to Islam Dulatov during the former's most recent bout in July and dropped back under .500 in the UFC (2-3) as a result. The 36-year-old welterweight will now aim to bounce back against an opponent who is 11 years younger than him and will be making his debut in the promotion.

Inconsistent ways continue
WelterweightUFC
July 19, 2025
Fugitt lost to Islam Dulatov via KO (punches) at 4:06 of Round 1 at UFC 318 on Saturday in New Orleans.
ANALYSIS
This was a near-impossible spot for Fugitt against a high-level prospect. Entering as a +450 underdog, Adam kept things close for a handful of minutes before it all came crashing down. He ate a massive left hook from Dulatov which dropped him, before one big follow-up shot closed the lights for good. The 36-year-old Oregon native has now alternated losses and wins in his first five UFC bouts. He's nothing more than roster depth for a company which holds an event most every Saturday.
Bout with Dulatov set for 318
WelterweightUFC
July 14, 2025
Fugitt will take on Islam Dulatov in a welterweight matchup at UFC 318 on July 19, Alex Behunin of MMA Mania reports.
ANALYSIS
This was a matchup originally scheduled for February, but Fugitt had a late-notice opponent change before eventually withdrawing himself. Now, fighting for the first time since a June 2024 victory over Josh Quinlan, Fugitt finds himself a big betting underdog against the debutante -- as large as +390 in some books. Dulatov is approximately a decade younger than Fugitt and has a two-inch height advantage, while Fugitt has an edge of two inches in reach. Dulatov will likely bring a wrestling-based attack to the table, which may be bad news for Fugitt, who sports a below-average takedown defense of 50 percent through four UFC fights.

February 16, 2025
Fugitt announced that he has withdrawn from his scheduled fight against Billy Goff at UFC Seattle on February 22, per James Lynch of SportsKeeda.com.
ANALYSIS
Fugitt has withdrawn from the fight due to an injury suffered a number of weeks ago. The 6-foot-1 American indicated that he had been working to overcome the injury but was unable to shake it. It has been confirmed that Goff will not face a replacement fighter and the fight will be dropped from the card.
New opponent scheduled
WelterweightUFC
January 27, 2025
Fugitt will take on Billy Goff in a welterweight bout at UFC Seattle on Feb. 22, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Fugitt was initially slated to take on Islam Dulatov, while his opponent Goff was also scheduled for a different fight, set to face Nikolay Veretennikov. Now, both fighters will have to adjust on the fly with the bout a little less than a month out. Fugitt is coming off a win over Josh Quinlan via split decision in his last bout.
Dulatov up next
WelterweightUFC
December 3, 2024
Fugitt is scheduled to compete against Islam Dulatov in a welterweight fight at UFC Seattle on Feb. 22, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Fugitt got back on the win column in 2024, though it was only a split-decision win over Josh Quinlan. Fugitt will look for a more definitive win when he fights Dulatov for their first 2025 fight.
