2024 Fantasy Outlook
Those who were excited about Wallace coming out of Oklahoma State are still waiting for his breakthrough in Baltimore's offense. He has a grand total of seven catches for 67 yards and no touchdowns through three seasons. The 2021 fourth-rounder's biggest splash play was as a punt returner last season as he ran one back for a walk-off touchdown against the Rams, which may have aided in the team's decision to let Devin Duvernay walk in free agency. Wallace's path to return-game production is complicated by the addition of Deonte Harty, though. As it stands, Wallace should be viewed as a receiver buried on the depth chart who would need either a torrid training camp or a spate of injuries in order to see a key role in the offense in 2024. ANALYSIS
Wallace played 33 total snaps (18 offensive and 15 on special teams) in the Ravens' Week 9 blowout win over the Broncos, but it now appears he picked up a foot injury in the process. If the Oklahoma State product is unable to play through the issue in Thursday night's matchup against the Bengals, Zay Flowers will likely serve as Baltimore's top punt returner.

2021
Wallace was one of several Baltimore receivers to battle the injuries in 2022, as the second-year wideout appeared in just nine games. He was never truly featured in any of the games he appeared in, topping out at 12 snaps and two targets as his single-game season highs. Time is running out for the 2021 fourth-rounder to make his mark. Baltimore added three high value receivers this offseason, including Zay Flowers in the first round of the draft, so Wallace enters camp on the roster bubble. If he makes the team, it'll likely be as the No.6 receiver and he'll need to play on special teams to justify his roster spot.
Baltimore's receiving situation is a huge question mark beyond Rashod Bateman, who has played in 12 career games. Put another way, it's a fairly dire situation on paper barring some significant developments from Baltimore's even less-proven wideouts. While Devin Duvernay and James Proche seem primed for bigger roles with Marquise Brown gone, Wallace is seemingly the forgotten man in the mix. Wallace appeared in all 17 games last season but was largely relegated to special teams duties as he drew just six targets on the year. As a prospect, Wallace showed average athleticism at the combine and has an average frame for an NFL receiver at 5-11 and 195 pounds. His dynamic production at Oklahoma State (198 catches on 338 targets for 3,316 yards and 26 touchdowns over his last three seasons) painted him as a downfield threat, but the lack of top-end athleticism suggests that he may not be able to win that way at this level. He likely enters camp as the No.4 wide receiver at best while other similarly unproven receivers battle to overtake him for that spot. Wallace shouldn't be counted out completely just due to an incomplete rookie grade, but the odds are stacked against him making a significant impact this year even with an unproven group of receivers in front of him.
The rookie out of Oklahoma State was Baltimore's second selection at his position, a statement that the team is looking to add talent out wide for Lamar Jackson. Wallace was an extremely productive college player with 205 career catches for 3,434 yards and 26 touchdowns, but knee issues hurt his draft stock. As for his fit with the Ravens, Wallace projects as an outside receiver and should be a top reserve behind either Sammy Watkins or Marquise Brown along the boundary, but his size (5-11, 194) may make him a slot option, where he'd face competition from Devin Duvernay and 2021 first-rounder Rashod Bateman. In the end, while the Ravens have snaps and targets up for grabs after uninspired play from their receivers last season, Wallace will have his work cut out for him in securing a role given his depth chart placement

Improving case for roster spot
WRBaltimore Ravens
June 19, 2024
Wallace is on the roster bubble, but he helped his case with a strong showing at minicamp, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic.
ANALYSIS
Wallace made the team in 2023 on the back of a strong training camp and preseason. He finds himself in a similar spot in 2024, and Wallace has once again stepped up in offseason practices, as he led the team's wide receivers in catches during minicamp practices. Wallace has also been getting reps on special teams as a return man, and his contributions in that phase of the game could help him secure one of the final spots on Baltimore's 53-man roster heading into Week 1.
