2025 Fantasy Outlook
Tuipulotu quietly blossomed into a disruptive player last season, improving upon his 4.5 sacks his rookie year to 8.5 in 2024 while still functioning as one of the team's better run defenders along the front line. With Khalil Mack clearly on the back nine of his career and little more than retread pass rushers or unproven youngsters behind Tuipulotu on the depth chart, the Chargers are depending on the USC product to take yet another leap to aid an inconsistent defense. Healthy inactive for Week 18
Tuipulotu (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Denver.
ANALYSIS
Tuipulotu will join multiple key starters on the sidelines for Sunday's regular-season finale as the Chargers gear up for their postseason run. Bud Dupree, Odafe Oweh and Kyle Kennard are in line to see more defensive snaps in the absence of Tuipulotu, who will end the 2025 regular season with 49 tackles (35 solo), including a career-high 13.0 sacks, three pass defenses, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery across 16 games.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
In a season mired by injuries and plenty of losses, Tuipulotu was one of the team's few bright spots as the 2023 second-round pick turned into a disruptive force off the edge tallying 4.5 sacks and a number of tackles for a loss. With both Khalil Mack and Joey Bosa healthy, plus the addition of veteran rotational pass rusher Bud Dupree, Tuipulotu likely won't find a spot in the starting lineup immediately, but given the injury history of the aforementioned trio, the second-year pass rusher could once again find himself in a prominent role.

Ready to take leap
Tuipulotu is in position to see increased production in his third NFL season after Joey Bosa departed for the Bills during the offseason, Albert Breer of SI.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Tuipulotu is coming off an impressive sophomore campaign in which he logged 42 total tackles, including 8.5 sacks, two pass defenses and one forced fumble across 17 regular-season games. The 2023 second-rounder started in nine of those games, and with Bosa now in Buffalo, Tuipulotu is primed for a bigger role on the Chargers' defensive front opposite veteran Khalil Mack.
