The nine-year veteran started all 17 games for San Francisco in 2024 and recorded 5.0 sacks for a second straight season. Cleveland was a destination spot for Collins, who will reunite with defensive line coach Jacque Cesaire, with whom the DT spent two seasons while in Houston.
