Hodge is returning for a fourth season in Atlanta after signing a two-year, $5.5 million deal this offseason. Over the last three years, he's caught 34 of 55 targets for 565 yards and two TDs, including seven receptions for 131 yards and a score in 2024. The Falcons also will be returning WRs Drake London, Darnell Mooney, Ray-Ray McCloud and Casey Washington, plus they added Jamal Agnew, so it's unlikely Hodge's role on offense grows, even if the unit takes a step forward under QB Michael Penix. Hodge was ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals and was promptly moved to IR. This move will end the wide receiver's season, as the mandatory four-week reserve period will extend through Week 18. Hodge finishes the season with three receptions for 31 yards on 10 targets through 12 games. In a corresponding move, the Falcons signed safety Jammie Robinson to stabilize an injured defensive back room.
