Moreau (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks.
ANALYSIS
The 30-year-old cornerback was unable to practice all week after likely sustaining a hip injury in Minnesota's Week 15 win over the Bears, so it's no surprise he won't suit up Sunday. With Moreau sidelined, Dwight McGlothern is likely to step in and serve as the Vikings' top backup outside corner.

Past Fantasy Outlooks

2020
2019
Moreau appeared in 16 games for the Washington Football team last season but was only on the field for 156 snaps. With his limited snaps the corner was able to tally nine tackles and two interceptions. Luckily for Moreau, a starting corner position is wide open for Atlanta alongside stud A.J Terrell. The 27-year-old will battle fellow corners Kendall Sheffield and Isaiah Oliver for playing time, but he should be guaranteed at least a depth role in 2021.
Moreau has started 17 of his 44 games since Washington made him a third-round pick in 2017, often serving as the team's nickel corner. He had 44 tackles and three interceptions in 12 games last season, sometimes handling a three-down role and sometimes coming off the field in the base defense. Moreau could be a full-time starter in 2020, as Washington doesn't appear to have much corner depth.
Despite opening the season as Washington's nickel corner, Moreau finished the year with 840 defensive snaps and 10 starts in 16 games, taking over the No. 2 role after Quinton Dunbar suffered a shin injury. Dunbar's return puts Moreau back in the No. 3 spot, presumably unchallenged after last year's competent showing.
