A fifth-round pick in 2024 out of Wake Forest, Carson played only six games as a rookie due to shoulder woes that eventually required surgery in December. He looked healthy during the offseason program but suffered a hyperextended knee in late July that's expected to sideline him 4-to-6 weeks.
