Beck signed a one-year deal with the Broncos this offseason, and he'll enter the 2022 campaign with the designation of being a fullback and tight end on Denver's roster. In 12 games, Beck totaled 55 offensive snaps and 189 special teams snaps. The 26-year-old ended the season on IR after suffering an elbow injury in Week 15. Now healthy, Beck figures to continue to play a limited role on offense, as the Broncos rarely use a fullback and both Albert Okwuegbunam and Greg Dulcich figure to stay atop the tight end depth chart.

Beck also flashed some pass-catching chops in the preseason, especially in the first preseason game against the Packers, in which Beck had two catches for 36 yards on the only drive that starting quarterback Justin Fields played. While Beck's likely to ultimately wind up on the roster, the Jets could opt to initially cut him when they trim the roster to 53 players before bringing Beck back as a vested veteran prior to Week 1.
