Bo Nix News: Struggles in victory

Nix completed 12 of 25 pass attempts for 60 yards and one touchdown while adding five rushes for three yards against the Jets on Sunday.

The Broncos somehow pulled off the 10-9 win, but Denver's passing game (60 yards) was less productive than the rushing attack (126 yards), which highlights the lopsidedness of the team's offense at the moment. The Jets' defense is likely one of the best in the league and rain was a factor, so Nix's struggles can be rationalized somewhat, but it still isn't easy to see how the Broncos are supposed to establish a consistent offense with their current personnel most weeks. Nix will hope to build some momentum against Las Vegas in Week 5.
