Everything is on a tighter schedule this week, with three games instead of one on Thursday. Per usual, there are some key situations to watch in terms of injury reports and NFL breaking news.

Quarterback injuries, in particular, can have a big impact on the rankings, with Baker Mayfield (shoulder), Jaxson Dart (head), Joe Burrow (toe), Aaron Rodgers (wrist) and C.J. Stroud (head) all uncertain to play as of Tuesday morning. The initial rankings assume all of those guys are playing, but I'll make updates later in the week if any of them are ruled out. Burrow is the key one for D/ST purposes, with his presence/absence having a huge impact on the appeal of Baltimore's defense Thursday night.

Top Streaming Options for Week 13

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (at TEN)

  • 42% Yahoo, 85% NFFC
  • Team implied total: 24.5     Opponent implied total: 18.0
  • Upcoming Ranks (Projected) — Week 14: 19th (vs. IND),  Week 15: 4th (vs. NYJ)

Jacksonville ranks eighth in D/ST scoring this season, averaging 8.0 points per game thanks to 13 interceptions (second most). The Titans, meanwhile, are allowing a league-high 10.7 fantasy points to opposing D/STs. There has been subtle improvement since September/October, but not nearly enough to take Tennessee out of the elite tier of matchups. I will say that it's basically a toss-up between Nos. 2-6 in the Week 13 D/ST rankings (see below), after Seattle in the top spot. I put Jacksonville at the front of that list, though betting odds suggest the Chargers are a better play.

2. Los Angeles Chargers (vs. LV)

  • 40% Yahoo, 63% NFFC
  • Team implied total: 25.75     Opponent implied total: 15.75
  • Upcoming Ranks (Projected) — Week 14: 14th (vs. PHI),  Week 15: 29th (at KC)

The Chargers haven't been consistent, but the overall picture shows above-average performance on both sides of the ball, and this week they'll have the rest/health advantage for a home game against the hapless Raiders. Chip Kelly's departure won't fix personnel deficiencies on the offensive line and at wide receiver. This matchup could look similar to the fixture between these teams back in Week 2, when the Chargers won 20-9 behind three interceptions and three sacks (13 D/ST fantasy points).

3. San Francisco 49ers (at CLE)

  • 24% Yahoo, 59% NFFC
  • Team implied total: 22.25     Opponent implied total: 16.25
  • Upcoming Ranks (Projected) — Week 14: BYE,  Week 15: 2nd (vs. TEN)

The Browns should keep starting Shedeur Sanders rather than wasting time with Dillon Gabriel and his noodle arm. It might also work out better for opposing D/STs, with Sanders perhaps more willing to try difficult throws downfield that come with added risk of turnovers. The Browns were a friendly D/ST matchup even with Gabriel under center, and that should continue with Sanders even if he makes more big plays than his rookie counterpart. Plus, there's potential for bad weather in Cleveland this weekend.

4. Miami Dolphins (vs. NO)

  • 3% Yahoo, 5% NFFC
  • Team implied total: 23.75     Opponent implied total: 17.75
  • Upcoming Ranks (Projected) — Week 14: 7th (at NYJ),  Week 15: 23rd (at PIT)

The Saints offense continues to look hopeless, with Tyler Shough predictably being no better than Spencer Rattler (and arguably even worse). Now RB Alvin Kamara (ankle) may miss time, giving opposing defenses even less to worry about. I'm not quite sure what to expect from the Dolphins after a bye, but they did play surprisingly well in the weeks beforehand, upsetting Buffalo before escaping Madrid with a narrow win over Washington.

5. Atlanta Falcons (at NYJ)

  • 49% Yahoo, 71% NFFC
  • Team implied total: 21.0     Opponent implied total: 18.5
  • Upcoming Ranks (Projected) — Week 14: 25th (vs. SEA),  Week 15: 27th (at TB)

Both sides of this game have streaming appeal, with Kirk Cousins and Tyrod Taylor leading offenses that were especially ill-equipped to lose their top pass catcher. Garrett Wilson (IR - knee) is definitely out again, and Drake London (PCL) is likely no better than 50/50. Cousins and Taylor both enjoyed stretches as competent starters earlier in their careers, but it's not even clear either is a good backup at this point.
