AlphaDraft LoL: Sunday Cheat Sheet
After a few close calls from Team SoloMid, ROX Tigers, and big wins for Cloud 9, Albus Nox Luna, Samsung and SK Telecom, the final day of Week One is upon us. So far SKT look great, but have struggled to put up fantasy numbers as they've won two clean games. G2 have struggled, but will look to break out against ANX today, while Cloud9, ROX, and EDG look to build off of recent wins. C9 vs. IMAY should be a close game, while ROX, SKT, EDG, G2, and AHQ come into the day as favorites.
Top Lane: Impact (C9 vs. IMAY, $7,400)
While he's yet to pull of a carry performance, he's put up respectable stat lines in a stomp against SKT and a close win yesterday against Flash Wolves. He may not put up the huge totals against the world's best, like he had been in North America, but he still gives us a cheap top laner with upside against IMAY today.
Jungle: Peanut (ROX vs. CLG, $7,900)
ROX's early game struggles are a bit of a concern, but Peanut kept them from being completely blown out in the early game Saturday. He's a carry jungler and his aggressive style often ends up good for fantasy owners.
Middle Lane: KurO (ROX vs. CLG, $8,000)
He's been more supportive than carry-oriented thus far, but it's worked out fine for ROX. If I could pay up for Faker or Pawn I probably would, as I think both give a bit more carry upside. KurO stands a good chance to get double digit assists again and has put up a 5/7/26 KDA thus far in the tournament.
ADC: PraY (ROX vs. CLG, $8,100) and Zven (G2 vs. ANX, $7,900)
PraY is an easy call as he's the only ADC to pick up 10+ kills in every game he's played in thus far. Throw in his sterling 23/2/12 KDA and he's an easy fit into our lineup once again. Zven and G2 need to bounceback and must win today to save their tournament lives. He's still one of the best AD carries at this tournament, but with Perkz struggling he must carry G2 to a win today.
Support: Smoothie (C9 vs. IMAY, $7,300)
Smoothie is the best cheap support in play for today. C9 vs. IMAY should be a close game, but I'll give the edge to Cloud9. Smoothie gives us 10+ assist upside at a cheap price today.
Team: C9 vs. IMAY ($3,200)
C9 have given us a decent amount of cheap exposure in our lineup Sunday. By using Impact, Smoothie, and C9, we can pay up for favorites on ROX and G2. Although this game should be close, I think C9 will build off Saturday's win and take out IMAY.
