Doubtful to play in Week 1
Wilson is doubtful to play Saturday against LIU, head coach Billy Napier told Kevin Brockway of The Gainesville Sun.
ANALYSIS
Even though Napier acknowledged that Wilson "will be a problem" for opposing defenses when healthy, it seems he won't be ready to suit up in the Week 1 opener Saturday. Wilson is a freshman who figures to have a big role in the Gators' passing attack, but it wouldn't be surprising if Florida takes a conservative approach and decides to wait until the Week 2 matchup against South Florida to get him going.
