Mathurin scores 24 off bench, leads Pacers over Grizzlies on Sunday
The Indiana Pacers defeated the Memphis Grizzlies, 116-110, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday.

The Grizzlies (18-28) jumped out to an early eight-point lead in the first quarter, but the Pacers (27-20) clawed their way back and entered halftime down by two points. The third quarter was all Indiana, as they won the frame 41-29, and continued that momentum into the fourth quarter when the Pacers held their largest lead of 12 points. Memphis battled back late in the final frame and got the game within one score, but the Pacers managed to hold on at the end to earn their 16th win at home.

Jaren Jackson led the Grizzlies with 25 points, five rebounds, four assists and two blocks. Vince Williams added 20 points and eight rebounds, while David Roddy chipped in 14 points and five rebounds. GG Jackson led the Memphis bench with 18 points and four rebounds. Santi Aldama chipped in 10 points and six rebounds.

Bennedict Mathurin led the Pacers off the bench with 24 points and seven rebounds, while Isaiah Jackson had 10 points and seven rebounds in reserve. Pascal Siakam had a nice all-around game with 19 points, six rebounds, six assists and two steals. Jalen Smith tallied 19 points, 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks for his fourth double-double of the season. Aaron Nesmith contributed 16 points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals. Andrew Nembhard finished with 16 points, four rebounds and nine assists.

Next up, the Grizzlies travel back home to host the Sacramento Kings on Monday, while the Pacers hit the road to face the Boston Celtics on Tuesday.
