Nets Thump Magic, 124-104
The Brooklyn Nets defeated the Orlando Magic, 124-104, at Barclays Center on Tuesday night.

The Nets (6-5) got off to a fast start with a 33-24 lead through one, but the Magic (5-5) roared back to eliminate its deficit and take a three-point advantage into halftime with an even more impressive second quarter. However, Brooklyn had gone back on top by two heading into the final period, and they put the game out of reach with a dominant 36-18 edge over the final 12 minutes.

Franz Wagner led the Magic with 21 points, complementing them with eight rebounds and five assists. Paolo Banchero supplied 19 points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block. Goga Bitadze turned in 14 points, three boards, one assist and two steals. Moritz Wagner and Joe Ingles posted matching 11-point, four-assist tallies while pulling down six and three rebounds, respectively. Jalen Suggs and Cole Anthony contributed 10-point, two-assist efforts, with Anthony recording six rebounds.

Spencer Dinwiddie paced the Nets with 29 points, complementing them with nine assists and five rebounds. Mikal Bridges totaled 21 points, five boards, four assists and four steals. Cameron Johnson registered 20 points, five rebounds, two assists and three steals. Royce O'Neale finished with 13 points, four rebounds and one assist. Day'Ron Sharpe and Lonnie Walker netted 11 points each, with Sharpe also pulling down 10 rebounds.

The Magic remains on the road and visits the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, while the Nets visit the Miami Heat on Thursday night.
