Vermant was out for the first few matches to begin the season and their UCL opener, but has made a return to the field after playing in their past two contests. He has appeared off the bench twice, recording 14 minutes Sept. 24 against Westerlo, while bagging a goal, and 22 minutes against Standard Liege on Sept. 28. That said, he will likely earn a bench role for the club moving forward, seeing most of his minutes later into matches.
