Scarles (collarbone) is back in training and an option for Sunday's match against Aston Villa, according to manager Nuno Espirito Santo. "Ollie Scarles is back in training, so he's an option for us."

Scarles (collarbone) is back in individual training and is set for an appointment on December 8th to decide if he is cleared for contact, according to manager Nuno Espirito Santo. "Ollie has a medical appointment on 8 December and we hope that he's going to be cleared to full contact. He's training individually, he does parts of the session with the group but without contact. So, after the appointment on the 8th, I hope that he can join the team because you know the reality is we're going to lose both of our full-backs to the Africa Cup of Nations and we're going to need him."

Scarles (collarbone) is back in non-contact training Tuesday, according to manager Nuno Espirito Santo. "Ollie has started training without contact. He's not back in full training just yet, but he's been involved in many parts of the sessions."

Scarles underwent a successful surgery on a fractured collar bone and is hoping to return by December, the club announced.

Scarles appeared to have suffered a dislocated shoulder in the middle of the first half in Friday's 2-1 defeat against Leeds United, according to the club.
