                  Won't play vs. Newcastle
Andersen (hamstring) is out for Saturday's game against Newcastle United, manager Marco Silva told media Thursday. "Joachim, a muscular injury, not so serious, but he'll be out against Newcastle."
                  ANALYSIS
Andersen suffered the injury in the 1-0 loss against Arsenal, and while it seems it won't be a serious problem, he won't be able to recover in time to face the Magpies. Isaac Cuenca could be an option to replace Andersen in the starting lineup Saturday, whereas Andersen's next chance to play will come against Wolverhampton on Saturday, Nov. 1.

                  Suffers hamstring injury
Andersen was forced off before the break in Saturday's 1-0 loss against Arsenal due to a hamstring injury, coach Marco Silva confirmed in a press conference, according to Four Four Two. "Joachim has a hamstring injury. He felt something. Now it's just for us a matter of time to know if it's something more serious or a minor injury. That is really what will come in the next few hours/days after the exams, because with a muscle injury, it's just to realise how serious it can be."

                  Juventus looking at him
Juventus are believed to be interested in signing Andersen in the January transfer window, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
                  ANALYSIS
The Serie A giants need to bolster their defensive depth since they've already lost two players, Bremer and Juan Cabal, due to ACL injuries. As such, signing a center-back in January is a priority. Andersen would be an excellent addition, as the Serie A giants believe the Denmark defender would fit in seamlessly in Italy.
