Garcia's time with Alaves will not be coming to an end for a couple more seasons, having signed a new three-year contract extension with the club. The goalie has served with the club since 2017, working his ranks up the youth academy system until he ended up in the first team as a reserve option this campaign. He has yet to appear this season, and will hope that his extension means he gets some time on the field in the coming campaigns, as the 19-year-old will look to secure the starting role within the three years of his new contract.
