Filip Ugrinic

Ugrinic has been one of the best midfielders in Switzerland throughout his career, consistently appearing in the Champions League, but rarely making deep runs. He now gets his chance in a top league, joining as a likely starter at the base of the Valencia midfield. He generally played further up the pitch for Young Boys, so his upside could be more limited in a central role with Valencia. Ugrinic's best seasons hovered around 10 goal contributions, in Spain it's likely that's limited to just a handful of involvements.
