Ramirez is scheduled to compete against Ahmad Hassanzada in a lightweight fight at UFC Kansas City on April 26, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Ramirez made his UFC debut in March 2024, but his one fight then saw him get finished within three rounds by Thiago Moises. Despite a non-competitive performance then, Ramirez will get a second shot at UFC action. This time, he will face a UFC debutant 12-3 all-time and coming off a submission win in Dana White's Contender Series.

Ramirez lost to Thiago Moises via TKO (leg kicks) at 0:15 of Round 3 at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
Ramirez accepted this fight, his UFC debut, just a couple weeks ago following the withdrawal of Brad Riddell (undisclosed). He entered as a +260 underdog, which turned out to nowhere near high enough. Ramirez was dominated from bell-to-bell, ultimately getting finished by leg kicks early in Round 3. It was a mercy stoppage from referee Mark Smith and a smart one at that. Moises is a quality opponent, and Ramirez is certain to get another fight with the company given his willingness to "save" this one on short notice, but little should be expected from the 31-year-old Utah native.

Ramirez is expected to face Thiago Moises in a UFC event on March 16, Damon Martin of MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Ramirez owns an 8-1-0 record at the pro level in his career and seems set to make his UFC debut against Moises, who needed a new opponent following the withdrawal of Brad Riddell (undisclosed). Moises has gone 6-5-0 at the UFC level.
