Takes decision from heavy opponent
FeatherweightUFC
September 27, 2025
Jenkins defeated Ramon Taveras via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Perth, Australia.
ANALYSIS
It will certainly go down as one of the most lucrative evenings of Jenkins' professional career. Not only will he walk away with his show and win payouts, but he will also take home a portion of Taveras' purse after the latter missed weight Friday morning. Jack predictably didn't attempt to do anything fancy. He simply kept a high pace, landed the bigger blows and mixed in three takedowns in six attempts. That was enough to score the "W" this evening. Jenkins has alternated wins and losses in his past five fights dating back to June 2023.

Taking on Taveras
FeatherweightUFC
August 21, 2025
Jenkins will face Ramon Taveras in a featherweight bout at UFC Perth on Sept. 27, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Jenkins will look to bounce back following a loss to Gabriel Santos back in February. He tapped out from a Rear Naked Choke, dropping his UFC record to 3-2. Now, he'll look for his first win since the summer of 2024 against an opponent in Taveras who is less experienced in the promotion, sporting a 1-1 record.
Taps out to Gabriel Santos
FeatherweightUFC
February 8, 2025
Jenkins lost to Gabriel Santos via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:06 of Round 3 at UFC 312 on Saturday in Sydney, Australia.
ANALYSIS
This was a weird fight. Jenkins was responsible for the biggest moment of the bout with a Round 1 head kick knockdown, but he was immediately forced to fend off a triangle choke attempt and wasn't really competitive the rest of the way. The gap between these two in terms of grappling was as wide as the Pacific Ocean, and Jenkins eventually tapped out in Round 3 after spending nearly all of the second frame on his back. The 31-year-old Aussie has become a fixture on UFC events held in his home country. He's alternated losses and wins in his past four bouts.

December 17, 2024
Jenkins is scheduled to compete against fellow featherweight Gabriel Santos in Sydney at UFC 312 on Feb. 8, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
The last time Jenkins fought in Sydney, he dislocated his right elbow while fighting a victorious Jose Mariscal at UFC 293. Ideally for Jenkins, his upcoming fight is more like his previous bout, when he easily defeated Herbert Burns via TKO in Perth at UFC 305.
Easy win in home country
FeatherweightUFC
August 17, 2024
Jenkins defeated Herbert Burns via TKO (strikes) at 0:48 of Round 3 at UFC 305 on Saturday in Perth, Australia.
ANALYSIS
Jenkins deserves credit for doing exactly what he was supposed to do here as a huge favorite. He floored the gas pedal and easily overwhelmed an inferior opponent. Outside of one stretch in which he got caught on the mat and allowed Burns to attempt a pair of submissions, Jenkins kept this fight standing and strung together combinations. Herbert attempted to remain on the ground on multiple occasions, but Jack forced referee Marc Goddard to stand him back up. The final time, Burns either couldn't or would't get back to his feet. Jenkins has quietly won three of his first four UFC bouts, in addition to picking up a win on Dana White's Contender Series.
Given new opponent
FeatherweightUFC
July 26, 2024
Jenkins is scheduled to compete against fellow featherweight Herbert Burns at UFC 305 in Perth, according to Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Jenkins was expected to fight Gavin Tucker, but he has withdrawn from UFC 305. Thus, the UFC announced Burns as Jenkins' new opponent. Jenkins may not have won in over a year, but Burns has been winless with three consecutive losses via TKO since 2020.
