Bout scheduled for November
Fernandes will fight Cong Wang at UFC Macau on Nov. 23, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
After going 0-2 in her first UFC fights, Fernandes picked up a win in June against Carli Judice. She'll likely be tested in November after Cong Wang delivered a first-round knockout as part of her UFC debut.

Finally earns first UFC win
Fernandes defeated Carli Judice via split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
A loser in each of her first two UFC bouts, Fernandes was probably looking at a release if she came up short here. Her main issue in those bouts was poor takedown defense. She did allow Judice to land 2-of-4 attempts Saturday, but to Fernandes' credit, she worked much harder to get back to her feet, and it paid off. Gabriella won this fight because she landed the more impactful blows for the duration of the bout. That better be the case when you find yourself on the short end of a 186-126 edge in terms of total strikes landed. The Brazilian's roster spot should be safe with the victory, but she needs to put forth another strong effort her next time out. She'll also take home an extra $50,000 after this back-and-forth affair was awarded Fight of the Night honors.

Gets new opponent
Fernandes will take on Carli Judice at a UFC event on June 15, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Fernandes' poor takedown defense has been a major issue during her first two fights in the UFC, both of which were losses. Most recently, she suffered a defeat to Tereza Bleda via unanimous decision. The 30-year-old will look to turn things around when she squares off against Judice, who holds a 3-1 professional record, and will be making her debut with the company.

Still searching for first UFC win
Fernandes lost to Tereza Bleda via unanimous decision (27-30, 27-30, 27-30) at UFC on ESPN 47 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
ANALYSIS
We've only seen Fernandes twice inside the Octagon, but it's abundantly clear her poor takedown defense is a major issue. Bleda took full advantage. Gabriella ended up spending nearly 11 minutes (10:51) on her back, eliminating any chance she had of winning a decision. The craziest thing of all is that Fernandes appeared to be closing in on a knockout early in Round 3. She was landing massive repeated haymakers, at which point Bleda pushed forward and got her to the mat and the fight was over. Set to turn 30 years of age this coming August, there's no guarantee the Brazilian gets a third fight with the company.

ANALYSIS
Both fighters lost their debut fights with the UFC. Fernandes suffered a UD loss (26-30, 26-30, 26-30) to Jasmine Jasudavicius earlier this year. Meanwhile, her upcoming opponent lost by TKO (spinning back kick and punches) to Natalia Silva back in November.
