DraftKings Euro Tour: D+D Real Czech Masters

This article is part of our DraftKings Euro Tour series.

D+D Real Czech Masters

Location: Prague, Czech Republic
Course: Albatross Golf Resort
Yardage: 7,467
Par: 72

Tournament Preview

The European Tour is headed to the Albatross Golf Resort in Prague this week.  This is the sixth playing of the D+D Real Czech Masters. The parkland course at the Albatross Golf Resort is slightly undulating and open, with bunkers and trees scattered throughout.  Water appears on half of the holes. We will be targeting bombers in good form and favorable course history. It can be difficult on weeks like this when golfers are returning after an extended break.

Key Stats to winning at Albatross Golf Resort

SG: Off the Tee
Greens in Regulation
Driving Distance
SG: Putting
Past Champions

2018 - Andrea Pavan
2017 - Haydn Porteous
2016 - Paul Peterson
2015 - Thomas Pieters
2014 - Jamie Donaldson

DraftKings Picks

Erik van Rooyen - $10,400 (14/1)

Van Rooyen arrives in Prague with five of the last six cuts made.  His most recent finish being T20 at the Open Championship. He is playing well in all aspects of the game.  He is long and accurate off the tee, ranking 34th in SG: off the tee. His iron play is good as well, coming in 51st in greens in regulation.  Van Rooyen's putter has been hot also, ranking 33rd in SG: putting.

Gavin Kyle Green - $9,300 (25/1)

Green's last start was a missed cut at Scottish Open.  Prior to that he was T9 at Irish Open and T8 at Andalucia Masters.

Gavin Kyle Green - $9,300 (25/1)

Green's last start was a missed cut at Scottish Open.  Prior to that he was T9 at Irish Open and T8 at Andalucia Masters.  He is returning to a course where he has enjoyed success, finishing solo 3rd last year.  Green is ranked 20th in SG: off the tee, and fifth in greens in regulation. Expect Green to have a big bounce-back week and finish strong.

Nino Bertasio - $7,900 (70/1)

Bertasio is another golfer who had a rough go last time out, finishing T72 at the Open Championship. This is a good spot for him to get back on track, as he was trending in the right direction before the final major of the season.  Bertasio can send it far off the tee and is solid with the putter. He has made the cut all three times he has competed at Albatross Golf Resort.  He was T29 last year and T14 in 2017.

Bradley Dredge - $7,200 (90/1)

I am not gonna dip much lower on price than Bradley Dredge.  I think there is more opportunity for success this week in balance builds.  Dredge has made his last three cuts, yet hasn't finished inside the top 20 since Spring.  His results at D+D Real Czech Masters are encouraging. He has made the cut all four times he has played, his highest finish being solo second in 2014.
