2025 Fantasy Outlook
After completing a second stint with the Chiefs last season, Hardman headed to the NFC for the first time and signed with the Packers in March. Save for a surprise showing in Super Bowl LVIII, his contributions were minimal over the past two seasons, but Green Bay will give him a chance to show what he can do during training camp - perhaps both on offense and special teams. The Packers already were deep at wide receiver and drafted two wideouts in the first three rounds in April, so even if Hardman does make the cut it's unlikely that he'll open in a fantasy-friendly role. Hardman (knee) participated during OTAs on Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Hardman finished the 2024 season on Kansas City's injured reserve list with a knee issue, but it doesn't seem to be hindering him anymore with offseason workouts now underway. Hardman will have to do everything he can to try to impress Green Bay's coaching staff, as he might not be a lock to make the final 53-man roster after the team added Matthew Golden and Savion Williams via the draft.

Hardman is coming off the worst season of his career. After beginning the season with the Jets, Hardman was traded to the Chiefs after Week 6. The only game in which the receiver posted more than 13 yards was in Week 18. In that game, Hardman posted 77 yards, though not many fantasy players benefited from his performance. It’s unlikely that Hardman places any higher than the No, 4 wide receiver on a depth chart. As a result, it appears improbable that the receiver will see a meaningful number of targets.

Inside track on roster spot?
Bill Huber of SI.com predicts that Hardman will make the Packers' 53-man roster and could work as the team's return man on special teams.
ANALYSIS
Huber has Hardman edging out Malik Heath for a spot alongside Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, Matthew Golden and Savion Williams, while Christian Watson begins the season on the PUP list as he recovers from a knee injury. Hardman's experience returning punts and kickoffs could allow him to take over those roles so Keisean Nixon and Reed can focus on defense and offense, respectively, rather than special teams.
