2024 Fantasy Outlook
Mundt could serve as Minnesota's top pass-catching tight end for a significant portion of 2024 if he's able to beat out Josh Oliver and Robert Tonyan, as T.J. Hockenson tore his ACL in Week 16 last season and figures to miss the start of the upcoming campaign. Oliver's role didn't change much after Hockenson's injury, while Mundt stepped up with nine catches for 96 yards and one touchdown on 13 targets in two games (after having only eight catches for 76 yards prior to that point). Re-signs with Minnesota
The Vikings agreed to terms with Mundt on Friday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Mundt seems to have found a home in Minnesota after spending the first four years of his career with the Rams. In his two seasons with the Vikings, the 29-year-old has appeared in 34 games and put up 312 receiving yards, catching 36 of his 44 targets. Expect Mundt to continue serving as a depth piece in Minnesota's tight end room in 2024.
