2025 Fantasy Outlook
Helm broke out with 60 catches for 786 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior at Texas in 2024 after recording just 236 receiving yards through his first three years with the Longhorns. The 6-foot-5, 241-pound TE ran a disappointing 4.84-second 40-yard dash, and Helm may need to refine his blocking before he earns a consistent role at the NFL level. He was drafted 120th overall by the Titans, and the rookie fourth-round pick will look to earn a role out of the gate in an underwhelming Tennessee tight end room that also includes Chig Okonkwo and Josh Whyle. The Titans selected Helm in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 120th overall.
ANALYSIS
Helm had solid production in his final two years with Texas, notably leading the team in receptions in 2024 despite battling for targets with the likes of Matthew Golden and Isaiah Bond. His draft stock remained middling despite that production due to relatively poor athleticism and questions about his blocking. If Helm can improve the latter, he could find the field quickly for a Titans offense that is in need of offensive playmakers.

Nick Baumgardner of The Athletic believes Helm is among the Day 3 draft picks best positioned to make an impact as a rookie.
ANALYSIS
Helm likely would have been a Day 2 draft pick if not for subpar testing at the NFL Scouting Combine, which came in part due to him attempting to fight through an injury. He ultimately went to the Titans in the fourth round, joining a tight end room led by Chigoziem Okonkwo and Josh Whyle. Helm's well-rounded skill set could help him earn consistent playing time, as Okonkwo's undersized and thus limited as a blocker while Whyle hasn't shown much upside as a pass catcher.
