Hill finished Sunday's 17-16 win against Cleveland with nine tackles (five solo).
ANALYSIS
Hill was productive in racking up tackles, finishing third on Cincinnati in that category. The fourth-year cornerback logged 74 of the Bengals' 76 defensive snaps and looked healthy after missing the final 12 regular-season games last year due to an ACL tear.

Hill played more than six defensive snaps only twice during the regular season despite being the Bengals' first-round pick in 2022, being surpassed by fellow rookie Cam Taylor-Britt. During the fleeting moments when Hill was in pass coverage, it didn't go well - opposing quarterbacks completed seven of nine passes for 102 yards and two touchdowns when targeting a receiver covered by him. Now he has the potential to step up into a bigger role, with safeties Jessie Bates and Vonn Bell, and corner Eli Apple no longer on the team. He'll have to hold off second-round rookie Jordan Battle for a starting job.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Seems ticketed for starting role
Hill has taken starting reps at cornerback for the last couple of days of practice, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
ANALYSIS
He's competing with DJ Turner for the second outside corner role after playing safety in 2023. Hill has impressed this offseason and drew strong reviews in OTAs, and that momentum has seemingly continued with pads on. Even so, Hill struggled significantly in coverage last season, allowing a completion rate of 71.1 percent while surrendering an average of 14.3 yards per reception. He'll need to improve in his new role to secure and maintain a heavy workload.
