2024 Fantasy Outlook
Wilson signed with the Saints this offseason. The receiver could compete with A.T. Perry for the No. 3 role. Wilson played 15 games for the Dolphins last year. Although Wilson played at least 33 snaps in 10 games, he failed to reach 300 yards. Going into his sixth season, it’s possible that Wilson’s career year was in 2021 with Dallas. In that season, the veteran posted 602 yards and six touchdowns. Wilson’s next best season represented less than half of his 2021 production. The most likely scenario is that Wilson settles in as the No. 4 receiver in New Orleans. Read Past Outlooks

Deals with injury again Week 9
Wilson reeled in two of three targets for 34 yards during Sunday's 23-22 loss versus Carolina.
ANALYSIS
Wilson briefly exited with a shoulder injury during the second quarter but was able to return before the end of the first half. The 28-year-old ended up playing just under half of the Saints' offensive snaps, and he tied with Mason Tipton for the most targets of any of the team's wideouts. Neither receiver played a significantly role even though WR1 Chris Olave was forced out with a concussion in the first quarter. Instead, running back Alvin Kamara and versatile tight end Taysom Hill led the team in targets with nine and five, respectively. Wilson logged a season-high seven targets when Olave was sidlined for the Week 7 loss to Denver. Wilson should serve as one of the primary wideouts alongside Tipton if Olave ends up missing next Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Wilson seems, on paper, like the perfect fit for coach Mike McDaniel's scheme, so it was underwhelming to say the least to see him limited to an 18-136-1 receiving line in the first season of his three-year, $22.8 million contract with the Dolphins. To stick in Miami it's possible Wilson might need to take a pay cut, but the team may still be intrigued by his potential. Wilson boasts the exact skill set the Dolphins need in a slot complement to Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, but he'll need to compete with Robbie Chosen and Braxton Berrios for complementary snaps.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Top-three role in banged-up WR room
Wilson is positioned to post his best game as a member of the Saints on Thursday against the Broncos, as Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports that Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed have been ruled out due to a concussion and knee injury, respectively.
ANALYSIS
Wilson has been a non-factor in New Orleans, producing only three catches for 31 yards through six games with the Saints. That's likely to change Thursday, as the absences of Olave and Shaheed leave the Saints with a wide receiver depth chart of Mason Tipton, Bub Means and Wilson prior to any additions from the practice squad. Tipton and Means have a combined 85 receiving yards in their NFL careers, so Wilson's veteran presence will be important as rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler leads the Saints' depleted passing game.
