Booker is fifth in line for carries, and is strictly a depth running back heading into training camp.

Booker should be the third running back with the Vikings and could share time returning kickoffs with Percy Harvin. It's hard to see him having a large role unless Adrian Peterson is hurt.

Booker enters as the team's No. 3 running back, but he'll get a chance to prove his worth with Brian Westbrook (ankle) sidelined during the preseason. Still, Booker is unlikely to have much value unless injuries strike, especially with LeSean McCoy now in town.

Enters training camp battling Correll Buckhalter for right to back up Brian Westbrook at running back. He's not overly big, but Booker is a good receiver out of the backfield and possesses some upside. He'll also be used as the team's primary kick returner.

Booker will act as a change-of-pace back behind Ronnie Brown, possibly taking over on obvious passing downs. He’s elusive and tough to tackle in the open field but a bit undersized and won’t break many tackles. He fits best in a situational role.
