Brown will start at left defensive end, provided a training camp knee injury doesn't hinder him in the regular season. The Broncos are looking for more sacks in 2006, and Brown will have to be a part of that.
Brown, who was acquired from the Browns this offseason, is expected to start at the strongside of the defensive line. He must stay healthy, which has been a major problem for him since entering the league.
The defensive end returns after registering six sacks last season. He is a star on this solid defensive unit, but keep an eye on him, as he is coming off two recent surgeries to his knee and bicep. His other knee was repaired a few years ago as well.
