Allen Rossum

Rossum's main fantasy value is as a KR/PR for the 49ers' team defense.

Rossum is an important member of the Falcons, serving as a the team's primay returner and as a backup cornerback. He had a productive 2006, tallying his highest kick return average since 2000 and also seeing more action at cornerback than he ever has before. Rossum will fill the same role again this season for the Falcons. He has recorded six return touchdowns in his career, so its possible he could take a kick back this season, but predicting return touchdowns is like predicting next week's weather.
