Renardo Green Injury: Leaves game with neck injury

Green (neck) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Packers, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.

Green logged five tackles (four solo) before suffering a neck injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. While he's sidelined, Nick McCloud and Rock Ya-Sin will serve as the rotational outside corners across starter Isaac Yiadom.
