Johnson (hip) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.

Johnson was inactive for Carolina's Week 4 loss to the Bengals after sustaining a hip injury the week prior, but following Wednesday's full practice, it appears he's moved past the issue. Expect the 28-year-old to continue serving as a depth piece in the Panthers' secondary as the team travels to Chicago in Week 5.
