Hemby posted eight carries for 31 yards and hauled in all two targets for eight yards during Saturday's 48-23 loss to Minnesota.
ANALYSIS
Hemby had a tough day against the Golden Gophers, running for just 31 yards on a day in which the Maryland offense failed to get things going until the fourth quarter with the game well in hand. The redshirt junior running back has struggled to find running room lately, totaling just 85 yards on the ground through the team;s last three games. Hemby will hope to get things back on track when the Terrapins travel to face Oregon following this week's bye.

2023 Fantasy Outlook
Hemby took a massive leap in his sophomore season with the Terrapins, finishing the 2022 campaign with 989 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground to go along with 33 receptions, 298 yards and one touchdown through the air. His 5.3 yards per carry finished seventh overall in the Big Ten, an increase of over 1.0 yards per carry from his freshman season. Entering his third year, Hemby should see a similar, if not increased, role as the lead back in a deep running back room among the likes of Antwain Littleton, Ramon Brown and Colby McDonald. Though the Terrapins' offensive line may prove to be one of the weaker units in the conference, Hemby's versatility grants him the ability to make plays in the open field and take the next step as an elite back in the Big Ten.
