Byrum Brown News: Not starting in Cure Bowl

Brown will not start in next week's game against Old Dominion, per USF CEO of Athletics Rob Higgins.

With the uncertainty around Brown's future with USF, the team has decided to not start him during the bowl game and will be riding Gatson Moore under center. The senior quarterback enjoyed a productive a campaign, completing 66.3 percent of his passes for 3,158 yards and 28 touchdowns (seven interceptions) while adding 175 carries for 1,008 yards and 14 touchdowns across 12 games.
