Per Brian Rauf of Basket Under Review, Lipsey exited Monday's game with two minutes left due to an apparent groin injury. He did not return. The veteran guard battled a groin injury during portions of the 2024-25 season, and more recently, he sustained a Grade 2 MCL sprain in September. Head coach TJ Otzelberger called Lipsey day-to-day after Monday's contest, Eugene Rapay of The Journal News reports.. The Cyclones are on a quick turnaround at the Players Era Festival, and Lipsey's next chance to play will come Tuesday against Creighton.
