Rides free throws to solid outing
Gainey finished Saturday's 70-65 win over Auburn with 15 points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 8-8 FT) and five rebounds in 29 minutes.
ANALYSIS
Gainey wasn't the most efficient from the field in the win over Auburn, but he was perfect from the charity stripe to help ballon his point total to 15. He also pulled down five rebounds, his most since matching that number on Feb. 11. Considering the strength of Auburn's front court, that's an impressive feat. Gainey will continue to be a key factor off the bench for a Tennessee squad that looks like its positioned to be a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
