Isaiah Joe Injury: Out again Wednesday

Joe (calf) will not play Wednesday against Portland.

Joe will miss his second game in a row after suffering his calf injury Sunday against Dallas. The Thunder could get Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) back Wednesday, making them less reliant on their small-ball lineups.
