Minnesota also doubled up LA in blocks, 8-4.

The Lakers (17-16) were led by Anthony Davis, finishing with 33 points, 17 rebounds, eight assists, four steals and two blocks on 12-of-17 shooting. LeBron James tallied 26 points, three rebounds, six assists and three steals. No other player reached double figures in scoring. Austin Reaves and Taurean Prince scored nine points apiece.

The Timberwolves (24-7) were led by Anthony Edwards, who accrued 31 points, three rebounds, three assists and three blocks. Mike Conley compiled 15 points, four rebounds and seven assists. Rudy Gobert generated 13 points, 13 rebounds and two steals, while Naz Reid led the bench with 21 points, five rebounds, two steals and two blocks.
