The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the host Portland Trail Blazers, 134-91, at Moda Center on Sunday.

A 33-21 first quarter carried Oklahoma City to this easy win, taking a 76-43 lead at the half. They held a double-digit lead for the final three quarters and led by at least 25 points for the final 30 minutes of this game. The Thunder got their lead up to 47 points at times. Oklahoma City shot 61 percent from the field, 61 percent from three-point range and 100 percent from the free-throw line, while Portland shot 40 percent from the field, 27 percent from long range and 67 percent from the charity stripe. OKC also out-assisted Portland, 28-21, while outscoring them in the paint, 52-42.

The Thunder (10-4) were led by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, collecting 28 points, three rebounds and four assists on 10-of-13 shooting. Chet Holmgren made all six of his shots to finish with 16 points, six rebounds and two blocks. Josh Giddey generated six points, four rebounds and five assists, while Isaiah Joe led the bench with 15 points.

The Trail Blazers (3-10) were led by Jerami Grant, scoring 14 points. DeAndre Ayton accrued 11 points, five rebounds and two assists. Skylar Mays amassed 11 points, two rebounds, seven assists and two steals, while Jabari Walker led the bench with 13 points, seven rebounds and two assists.

Both teams return to action on Wednesday, with Portland remaining home to play the Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City returning home to face the Chicago Bulls.
