Bello exhibited some improvement in his first full season, but he still has work to do if he wants to be a front of the rotation starter. He improved his control, but it came at the expense of strikeouts. Bello has the raw stuff to be more dominant, but he's yet to establish a third pitch to complement his sinker and outstanding changeup. The cost to see if he can take the nest step shouldn't be prohibitive, but he's in the wrong division, with the wrong home park to use in a streaming capacity. Read Past Outlooks
