Sims couldn't find much of a role during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, but her playing time increased in 2024 while suiting up for the Wings and Sparks. She made nine appearances (seven starts) while on a hardship deal with Dallas, averaging 17.2 points, 5.6 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 33.9 minutes per game, but her role declined once she joined the Sparks, as she averaged 9.8 points and 5.1 assists in 26.3 minutes per game over 15 appearances (10 starts) with the team. Her efforts were enough to earn her a one-year deal with Los Angeles during the offseason, but she may not see consistent scoring chances after the Sparks traded for Kelsey Plum. 2024 Fantasy Outlook
Although Sims appeared in 28 games last year after making just seven appearances in 2022, she didn't have a consistent role for Dallas. The 31-year-old averaged 2.0 points and 2.2 assists in 12.0 minutes per game, and it's unclear whether she'll land a contract with a team ahead of the 2024 campaign. Sims has proven to have the talent to be a solid fantasy contributor earlier in his career, but she's been inconsistent when on the court over the past two seasons and is unlikely to be a season-long fantasy asset in 2024.
