Monique Billings

The 2023 campaign will mark Billings' sixth with Atlanta. Concerningly, her workload decreased for a second straight season last year, as she averaged 6.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 17.4 minutes. She strives in the traditional frontcourt stats - field-goal percentage (47.0) and rebounds, though she had a down year blocking shots. In 2021, she blocked 1.0 shots in 23.9 minutes. A bounceback year could be possible, but Billings isn't providing reliable fantasy value outside of rebounds.

Billings spent the vast majority of 2021 in a reserve role for the Dream, but injuries - and Cheyenne Parker's early exit due to pregnancy - opened the door for Billings to claim a starting role down the stretch. A flurry of offseason departures via free agency figures to open the door for Billings to claim a more permanent starting spot, which forebodes additional opportunities on the offensive glass. She thrived in that area last season, posting a 10.2 offensive rebound percentage to rank seventh in the WNBA.
