The Sparks extended a reserved qualifying offer to Yueru on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Yueru returned to the WNBA with the Sparks in 2024 and had a successful year, averaging 5.1 points and 3.7 rebounds in 14.4 minutes per game over 38 appearances (two starts) with Los Angeles. The Sparks will have exclusive negotiating rights with her during the offseason, and it wouldn't be surprising to see her carve out a role with the team once again in 2025, especially if Cameron Brink (knee) is limited early in the year.
