Cheyenne Parker-Tyus

2024 Fantasy Outlook
Parker spent her third season in Atlanta in 2023 and had the best statistical year of her career. She appeared in every game and made 38 starts, averaging a career-high 15.0 points and 6.7 rebounds in 26.7 minutes per game. She’s appeared in every game over the past two seasons, an encouraging development after she made just 13 appearances in 2021. The 31-year-old has had plenty of playing time across the past two years and should continue to play a prominent role for a Dream squad on the rise in 2024. Even with her uptick in usage, Parker still had lackluster performances from time to time last year. However, she also displays considerable upside and should have an opportunity to maintain her workload in 2024. Read Past Outlooks
Signs with Las Vegas
FLas Vegas Aces
February 6, 2025
Parker-Tyus signed a training camp contract with the Aces on Wednesday, Callie Fin of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
ANALYSIS
Parker-Tyus served mainly as a starter for the Dream over the past four seasons, averaging 11.6 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 23.4 minutes per game. She missed the second half of the 2024 campaign due to an ankle injury but has been back in action overseas this winter. While she's joining the Aces on a training camp contract, she'll likely have a good chance to make the team's final roster since the team is dealing with cap concerns during the offseason and will have a new look in 2025 after losing Kelsey Plum and Tiffany Hayes.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2023
2022
Coming off of another solid, all-around season in 2022, the veteran again projects to play a key role in the Dream frontcourt. Last year, she started 35 of 36 appearances, averaging 11.8 points, 6.2 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 0.9 blocks in 26.2 minutes per game. For fantasy purposes, Parker is a reliable source of scoring, rebounds and defensive stats, while shooting a decent rate at the free-throw line (79.5 percent).
Parker had an abbreviated 2021 campaign, as she missed the start of the season after testing positive for COVID-19. Later, she missed the final month of the campaign due to her pregnancy. She started in 11 of her 13 total appearances during her first season with Atlanta, averaging 10.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 20.8 minutes per game. Although Parker was productive when she was on the court in 2021, she'll likely have to compete for a starting role in 2022 after the Dream acquired Nia Coffey and Kia Vaughn during the offseason. Assuming her production level is at the same level as it was before her pregnancy, she'll be worth a spot in lineups in most fantasy leagues.
