Dimitrov will sit out the Swedish Open, the Canadian Open and the Cincinnati Open, rendering him unavailable until at least the second half of August. It was revealed he suffered only a partial tear in his right pectoral muscle, so there is a good chance he can return before the 2025 calendar year comes to a close. In the meantime, Dimitrov will still miss several tournaments, and it is uncertain whether his injury will heal before the US Open, which begins on Aug. 24.
