Peglow News: Scores in loss

Peglow scored a goal off three shots (two on target) and made two tackles (both won) during Saturday's 4-2 loss against Austin.

Peglow had one of his best performances since he joined D.C., being involved in a lot of dangerous plays and putting to an end his nine-game scoreless streak as he used a clinical finish after appearing unmarked in front of the goalkeeper to put his side back in contention in the 48th minute. With three goals and three assists over 17 appearances, the forward will hope to start contributing more regularly during the second half of the campaign.
